ClouDuka's Refund Policy


    Thank you for purchasing through ClouDuka.

    You can initiate a return within 14 days after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons. Eligible reasons refers to:

    • Wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).

    After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

    When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.

    If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

    Once your return request has been submitted:

    • The item you wish to return will be collected by the vendor.
    • Once it has been collected, the item will then be verified to validate your return claim to ensure the return conditions (including the state of packaging, conformity with the product descriptions, etc.) have been met
    • If your return request is declined, you will receive a communication to that effect and your item will be returned to your initial delivery address
    • If your return request is validated, the money will be refunded
